At Big Chief, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unopened and unused
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery date
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@bigchiefdisposable.us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or damaged product
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange for a different product, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
