Big Chief offers discreet nationwide shipping on all orders within the United States. We are committed to getting your products to you safely, quickly, and in unmarked packaging for your privacy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the exterior. Your privacy is our priority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@bigchiefdisposable.us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
